Safety 1st 0-18Kg Convertible Car Seat review by Bubs n Grubs – Lowest Price in Australia – www.bubsngrubs.com.au Strongest car seat in Australia, 6 year warranty – only product with EPP Memory Foam for superior side impact protection.
I have seen convertible car seats in the shops and they say it’s meant for newborn babies up until an 18kg child. Just wondering how safe they are for newborns as they can’t really lay down and how are they strapped in safely. I’m thinking to buy a convertible seat rather than a basinet type and then have to buy another seat when the child reaches 8kg. What are your opinions?

So when did you put yours in a convertible and take them out of the infant car seat?
I plan on asking my doctor at our next appointment.
Thanks!
We need to purchase a convertible car seat for my daughter and I was wondering which brand and style to buy? Any recommendations? I am trying to stay under $100, so no Britax Marathons.
