I have graco “snugride” infant car seat. Do I have to buy graco brand stroller to fit this infant seat to stroller?

We are about to sell our travel system, a part of which is the graco snugrider car seat. We also have the graco snugrider infant car seat stroller frame, which supposedly only fits the graco snugrider car seat. I’m wondering if anyone else has used this stroller frame with a different brand of car seat?

I am currently searching stores and the internet for an Evenflo X Sport Convenience Stroller (grey) and having no luck in finding a place that sells it or has it in stock! Can anyone help or suggest a place to look?!

Does any one know if the Eddie Bauer double strollers, or any of their strollers, are compatible with the Graco car seats? I can’t seem to find the answer on any websites. I have a feeling it won’t work.
